Who we are

The enquiry form

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type in: your name, company, email address, phone number, event date, number of guests, the service you are interested in, dietary requirements and your message. We use them only to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, deliver your order. We do not sell them or use them to send marketing you have not asked for.

Your enquiry is stored securely and emailed to us. We keep it for as long as we need it to deal with your request and to keep ordinary business records, then delete it. Our lawful basis is your request to be contacted, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

Cookies and advertising

We advertise on Google. With your agreement, Google's advertising tag sets cookies that let us see whether someone who clicked an advert went on to send an enquiry.

If you accept and then send an enquiry, we also pass Google a scrambled (hashed) copy of the email address and phone number you gave us. Google uses it only to match your enquiry to an advert you clicked, so we can see which adverts work. It cannot be turned back into your details, and Google does not use it to show you adverts.

If you decline, or ignore the banner, no advertising cookies are set and none of this is sent.

The site also keeps your cookie choice in your browser so we do not keep asking. That is the only thing stored if you decline.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
